    Slow Flow w/ Myofascial Release

    Mondays, 6:15pm (60mins)

    Wednesdays, 6:15pm (60mins)

You are in for a special treat! This class combines a slower-paced vinyasa yoga practice with Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques using therapy balls to alleviate muscle tension, improve joint mobility and offer relaxation. We’ll ease into movement with restorative postures on the mat and a SMFR roll-out. We’ll then transition into vinyasa-style elements to gently wake-up our bodies before winding back down into another SMFR roll-out, rebalancing restorative postures and full-body rest.

    Flow

Tuesdays, 7:30am (60 mins, Fremont gym)

Saturdays, 8:00am (60 mins, Poplar gym)

Greet your day with a mildly heated vinyasa yoga practice that fluidly links breath and movement together. We’ll slowly integrate into our flow with gentle movements on the mat, then progress into various standing postures and transitions. Once warmed up, you’ll have the opportunity to practice an arm-balance or a headstand variation. We’ll wind back down on our mats into a few minutes of full-body rest.
